David Callau, a multidisciplinary Catalan artist, opens Desearte gallery in 2017 after exhibiting at ARCO.

Callau explains that Madrid is a “good place” where people “love and buy art”, both Spanish and foreign.

During the worst months of confinement, Desearte performed live with other artists with the use of networks to disseminate their work.

Callau assures that “via the internet a profit has been generated, but not the absolute amount to move forward”.
